Pool area was dated. Whirlpool tub out of service. TV in room was on same wall as bed and could only be angled slightly. Made viewing tv awkward.

We were only in town for one night for a Blue Jays game and this hotel FAR exceeded our expectations. Every single staff member from valet/bellman, to front desk, to housekeeping was friendly, helpful, and welcoming,
We were upgraded to a field-view room, which is as amazing as it looks as was the dinner overlooking the field. The room itself was very large for a city hotel and extremely clean and stocked with everything needed.
But I was really impressed by the service provided from everyone who worked there.
