Good
Positives:
The beds were comfortable and I liked the location with lots of restaurants close by.
Negatives:
It seems run down. The halls are dimly lit, furniture is old and scratched up, bathrooms need to be updated and have peeling wall paper removed and the stair wells were dim and dirty. Our toilet was broken in the first room and the front desk clerk was good about switching me to a new room, but the room we were switched to was smelly and dirty. Luckily the third room was clean and in working order.

Had 2 rooms. Cockroach found in 1 of the rooms.
I am sensitive to fragrances. Our room had some kind of fragrance/cigarette? smoke odour. Rooms need attention and update.

Negatives:
There was dust on the ceiling, air conditioner was loud, there was brown stuff on our door and behind the toilet kind of looked like dried poop. The hair dryer wasnt completely attached to wall, didnt use as I didnt want it come come off the wall. The toilet paper thing was broken, had to put toilet paper on counter. The beds slid around easy. The dresser was wobbly. The waffle maker and pancake maker wasnt working.
