The worst customer service experience I’ve ever seen, they cancelled my reservations unknown to me without refund for a delay flight. When I arrived the duty Manager Tolga told me to get out if not he will call police on me because he fear someone who looks like me being a black male. I’m guessing black people look dangerous even without anything harmful in their possession.
Negatives:
I didn’t like anything about the property, a nice structural with bad staffs means nothing. The service is what makes a hotel better not colour of the paint or height of the building. The Manager and staff are worthless have no respect for people of colour. I’ll never advise anyone who’s of colour especially black male to stay here. I mean I paid 243 and refused to even stay there due to poor treatment.

The location is excellent! We stayed 2 separate nights. We wanted to stop in Windsor to rest before we went to Toronto and we stopped in Windsor on the way home from Toronto. We checked in at midnight on both stays. The front staff was so friendly even at that hour! They greeted me kindly which was so nice as I was tired from the trip. The breakfast that was included was very nice! There was such a large variety of food. I had 4 adults and 4 children on the trip and everyone could find something to eat. The breakfast staff was so kind as well! We will be returning to Hampton Inn again and again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for making customer service a priority!
