The night staff on shift was not pleasant to deal with. Slow, rude. We made it clear that we had our dog with us when making our reservation and after she made a fuss about us having our dog on the 4th floor (the room she put us in..). Gave my partner a super hard time about it.
Lady serving breakfast was also not very pleasant. Just all round did not feel welcomed, wont be staying here again and don’t recommend staying here

Great location, nice big room and comfy bed. Hotel staff were very friendly :) I liked that an attempt was made to make the room pet friendly.
Negatives:
Dog dishes were not clean. I do not feel that a “pet fee” is warranted…it is my experience that children and adults can be just as messy….if not more…I would never allow my dogs to make a mess in the room and adding $50 to the room price I feel is wrong. You are either pet friendly or not. I have found through travelling a lot over the past couple of years that not all hotels charge this extra fee…i like your location and wish you would drop this fee
