Fun location, albeit, very busy. Right in Chinatown, but easy walk to Old Montreal.
Negatives:
Property itself is great; however, the construction going on in Montreal is massive. It is everywhere and detracts from the beauty of the city. Driving and walking can be nerve wracking.
