Positives:
The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Reception staff were really helpful and welcoming. The hotel offers a laundry service, which was very useful towards the end of a stay.
Although the hotel is located in the suburbs, a free bus pass enabled us to access the city centre easily and within about 30 minutes, while leaving the car at the hotel, although is limited in the evenings.
Negatives:
There are currently major road works and a building project next to the hotel. This did not affect sleep quality and is not the fault of the hotel, but make accessing it more complicated for the time being.
Meals were delicious, but were of a 'fine dining' standard. A more limited bistro style menu would be an attraction, especially as local alternatives are limited.

A lot of roads constructions around and not alot of choices around.

Breakfast not included and a little pricey

Good facilities. Although a bit far from time, it is just a stop from the bus station which took us into the city with no hussle.
Since we stayed two nights, we also received free ride on public transportation (apparently- promotion sponsored by the Quebec city. Can't promist it is for ever :) )
