Positives: Very pleasant room with excellent view from 22nd floor . Very clean and fresh and well equipped . I was impressed by there being a microwave . Bed comfortable with nice linen . Good coffee maker and selection of teas . Good sized room and storage space . The staff were polite and kindly gave us complimentary breakfast tickets . Good selection on buffet breakfast and very attentive staff at breakfast . We also enjoyed our evening meal with helpful staff .

Negatives: The area was not ideal and felt a bit run down . Car park difficult to access with large vehicle . Long walk with luggage from car park to main hotel going on lifts , sky walk and lifts again .
