Between Friday, Nov 15th, 2024 at midnight and Monday, Nov 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Regina), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Nov 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Regina), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 18, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: Sheets did not seem very clean. Had to move from my first room due to a large stain on the bed. I stayed for 2 weeks and requested my sheets to be changed but they were not despite them saying they were (the same orange Cheeto stain was on them from the day I arrived). There was also an unusual amount of flies in the room, coming from the window, staff was also made aware of this issues
