Staff was friendly.

The shower and room we stayed in was not properly cleaned. There was old food, dust, trash, etc. under the beds. Beds were not clean but semi comfortable. I reserved a room with handicap accommodations for my mom and the shower seat was broken. The furniture was poorly placed which prevented wheelchair use all together. Shower toiletries were all empty. Valet was unavailable.
