It was close to the venue I attended the concert.
Negatives:
Arrived at the hotel at 3:48 was told I was unable to check in until after 4, completely understood. Long story short, ended up waiting over 2 hours in the hotel lobby before I was able to get in my room, this is unacceptable!! Staff did nothing!!

No microwave no refrigerator hot in room. I was double charged but the manager resolved that issue

For the price of the room it left a lot to be desired

We sat outside the hotel for an hour and got inside and stood another 30 mins to get the room keys. We got to our room and it was not what we booked. We returned back down to the front desk and had to stand and wait another 30 mins. The woman said that we got another room because the one we booked, which was two beds, was not cleaned because they are understaffed. Poor communication! They did end up getting us the right room a couple of hours later after we had to ask again. Only one outlet worked beside the beds.
