All the rest. The room was not the one I booked. I was told I would have to pay additional fees once I showed up to check in in order to get the room I booked. When I refused I was put in a crappier room where staff kept knocking on my door.

Yes the room smell and appearance was horrible. I still have that smell today in my hair. This hotel needs an overhaul. I tried to get me another room at another establishment. A disgrace to the Wyndham brand.

Its very old and outdated could use some minor updates.

Non-smoking room reeked of smoke, cockroaches in room, room not fully cleaned before I arrived.

Only seen one employee my entire stay. Trash piled up around trash cans all around the property. Floor peeling. Ceiling cracking. Bad rust on bed frame. A/C unit made bad banging noise all night. Lights on nightstand didn't work properly.

The walls are still under construction. Drywall with holes and cracks not filled in and finished. The TV hanging off the wall. Around the heat/AC you can see all out side, cold air just blows right in. And no extra pillows or blankets.
