Positives: Reasonable pricing & front desk clerk was friendly.

Negatives: The property was unknowingly under renovations. No big deal except there is construction dust & debris all outside on the parking lot & walkway/hallway leading to the rooms. The biggest disappointment is the construction work ( saws running, banging noises & materials being dropped) continued until just before 11 PM. For our return trip to this town, we WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!

Negatives: There was a dog barking both nights about midnight. Don't know if someone brought it in during the night but it woke me up.

Positives: Friendly staff and good location. Room smelled fine, air conditioning worked.

Negatives: Dirty outer bed coverings, worn out pillows, rusted bath fixtures, discolored chipped commode seat/not thoroughly cleaned, intoxicated guests hollering outside of room late with barking dog, not enough parking when full.
