Positives: Location

Positives: The staff was rude, didn’t inform us that their laundry people doesn’t come in until 8 or 9 am and that we would have to wait a hour or longer on towels, housekeeping never cleaned room or picked up trash that was left outside the room for hours. We returned late that night to the same trash that we sat outside the room that morning. I asked to speak with a manager, but was constantly being told that one wasn’t available

Positives: We typically stay across the street at the Hampton Inn, but it was full, so we tried this one. Our child got sick and we tried (before checking in) to transfer our room to a later date so we could just go home, but were told that wasn’t possible and we would be charged regardless. So we checked in, dropped our luggage in the room and went to dinner. At dinner, our child felt awful so we decided to just check out and go home even if we lost money. Thankful we did bc when we got back to retrieve our luggage, the whole place smelled like weed. We tripped on the floor when we got in the room bc the laminate was coming up. (Pics included) Although it won’t let me upload a video of the floor, just a picture. What did I like? Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Positives: 10/10- the staff here is amazing. Our family spent the weekend here moving our daughter into her college dorm because we live 5 hrs away. Everyone is so professional and accommodating, but also empathetic that is was an emotional time for us... They recommended great restaurants and shopping and even provided last minute items without being asked... Truly took care of us.

Positives: Location was a quick and easy access to freeway and other backstreets. The breakfast and stay were excellent. No complaints for anything, including the hospitality of all the employees.
