Verified Hotel Guest Family with Young Children April 9, 2024

Positives: It was clean.

Negatives: Beds are super tiny. Elevator is the slowest moving object on the face of this planet. Was taking a shower and the water turned scalding hot on me and would not get any cooler. Hotel has so many issues! Go elsewhere!

Negatives: Hotel is undergoing renovation - hence, no valet parking - had to park in private lot next door; no restaurant. I would not have booked hotel if I had known about the ongoing renovations and resulting loss of services/amenities.

Positives: The hallways and rooms seem newly renovated with nice works of art displayed around. great view as well

Negatives: I believe I read somewhere online that breakfast was offered, but there was no breakfast. To me one of the hallmarks of being a 3 star hotel vs 2 stars is continental breakfast being included
