Studio 6-Opelika AL - Auburn Al

Negatives: We didn’t my notice how disgusting the whole facility was until we got to the room, I had accidentally chose a single room and the desk clerk so graciously upgraded us to a double. Both rooms were equally disgust but there were no other rooms available at any other hotel. Thankfully I had sanitizing wipes and spare blankets in my vehicle. The walls of the whole room need to be scrubbed and sanitized the comforters need replaced if not replacing any time soon they need to be at least washed. The only thing “apparently” clean in the bathroom was the toilet. When checking out we noticed the pool was green and had a film over the surface of the water, the hallways and fitness room equally dirty and in major need of repair. The This was supposed to be a special trip for my child and it this set a sad tone on the weekend. I will be posting pictures of the filthy room on the remote page on maps.

Negatives: The bed was too hard, the bed only had 2 pillows and I couldn't get more, nobody was available for check out. Had a connection ting room, and didn't ask for one. The person (s) in the connected room kept us up most of the night with a VERY LOUD TV, so I had to call the front desk to remedy it. Had to be up. Very early in the morning, so my daughter and I only had 4 hours of sleep for an all-day band competition.

Negatives: The shower was awful. No pressure. No shampoo was provided. The soap that was provided, it is really hard to wash off the residue it left. There was dirt piled up in the corners of the bathroom. Our door stuck going in and out. You had to snatch it multiple times to get it to open. I ended up hurting my back trying to get out of my room and thought I was stuck inside. The toilet made a dripping/running noise constantly.

Negatives: I made reservations 3 weeks in advanced. Arrived and room was dirty and wreck then told staff and got put in a 1 bed room and told I had to pay more in advanced without getting any discount or my money back

Negatives: The key cards don’t work half the time, holes in shower curtain, no smoke detectors, curtains are filthy, there were holes knocked in the walls. Men were outside drinking beer for at least 3 hours. The pillows are very flat.

Negatives: Enjoyed the property but it might need a little updating
