The two employees we saw were polite.
Negatives:
The room we were assigned should not be rented out. There are visible stains on one of the mattresses. The AC was incredibly loud and made a rattling sound. When we turned on the bathroom light/vent, it was also very loud and smelled of sulphur within a few seconds. We did not use the shower because of the smell.
