I had confirmed reservations for one room for five adults. When I arrived, I was given one room with two double beds with no accommodations for the fifth person and no offer of making any allowances or finding something to accommodate us.

Staff was friendly and pleasant. Accommodating as well.

Our sofa bed wasn't attached to the sofa.
The bed was hard as a rock. The room also didn't have any overhead lights, so out kitchenette and the rooms were dark. Only lights were the side lamps and daylight.
The hallway on the 2nd floor we were on also had carpet replaced that was worn and not tacked down, so my kids fell a few times when they caught the edge.

It needs a lot of updating. Carpets are worn out and need to be replaced. Makes the room look trashy.
