This place exceeded my expectations! The staff was friendly and professional from beginning to the end. The happy hour drinks and snacks were great (the salsa was so delicious). The room was so spacious and clean. The breakfast had a nice selection of choices. We will definitely stay here again. It was worth the money!

When we are passing by Tuscaloosa on I20 by car, we always choose to stay at this Embassy Suites downtown. Easy to get to, clean and safe. Excellent breakfast included (we like those employees preparing and serving breakfast, always friendly!). Room is split into three (combo kitchen, living room, bedroom and en suite bathroom. Very spacious for a couple.
Negatives:
When checking in this time, there was a group of four ladies checking in ahead of us. They monopolized the single registrar for an inordinate amount of time over what we considered to be fuss budget issues. Registrar should have either called for assistance or not allowed the ladies to monopolize him for so long.
