Embassy Suites by Hilton Flagstaff

Negatives: In the room the telephone didn’t work to the front desk. The power outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, the lamp in the bedroom didn’t work. The heat lamp in the bathroom had a glitch. The bathroom sink was clogged. The sheets in the pullout bed had holes in them from multiple uses. We stayed two nights and did not receive any housekeeping services. When we requested extra towels, we were told by the front desk that all the towels were in the dryer and had to wait an hour to get more towels.

Negatives: It can be easily missed especially if it is dark outside. I arrived in the night time and almost missed the turn.

Negatives: Everything! The staff was rude and were bothered by you except for the blonde man housekeeper he was nice. Everything was filthy or old, sheets on the pull out bed had holes, my bed sheets had pubic hairs then the second set had someone's hair and some kind of grease, the showers in both rooms we reserved had black mold, the fan they let us use had some kind of brown stuff all over it,the TV had sticky stuff on it,wifi didn't work or 3rd floor. It was an all around bad experience that we checked out the next day and went to La Quinta which was so nice.

Negatives: Overall, the property was very run down. Our room's toilet ran the entire stay, beds were uncomfortable, and the rooms were VERY outdated. We also had a weird situation occur. The hotel called the room and our personal cell phone at midnight. They stated that we did not finish checking in and did not have the room we were in listed in the computer. (Why would you wait till midnight to complete this?) We did indicate to the staff member that we were sleeping in the room and unsure what had happened. The staff member then kept us on the phone to complete the check in process (even though we had already completed this). We also discovered that morning that our key cards were not working. The woman at the front desk did offer us free parking due to the miscommunication, but the whole situation was very unprofessional.

Negatives: The room we were put in had a water leak coming from the ceiling, bathroom floor was flooded. Turns out they had a pipe leak on the 3rd floor, that came through to the 1st floor bathroom. They were quick to move us to a different room though. The facility is much older than I expected and things were definitely showing their age. Also, feather pillows, don't know why places still use these, they are worthless as a pillow.

Negatives: The breakfast waffle could be better.

Negatives: Toilet seat would not stay up. Room really needed an update. Suite door didn’t close. Outlets need to be updated to accept charging cords. Furniture was frayed. I wasn’t aware there was a $10 charge for parking per day. That’s bogus!

Negatives: Carpet dirty. Wall paper coming off the wall, hole in wall from door handle, crack in vanity, couch cushions were ripped, bathroom floor tile needs repair and etc.
