Room was very hot (82F). Had to ask front desk for instructions on how to get air conditioner working, as it was not straightforward.
Had to park at a nearby restaurant as they were redoing their parking lot, which I was not aware of until I arrived.

Hotel employeeat the front desk tried to be helpful but my issue was not resolved, I did not end up staying the night there because of my concerns about the property once I went and saw the room. The bathroom was in unacceptable condition.

There were many overly full trash receptacles and big trash bags outside the property, it was a concerning first impression. When we went to our room, there was an uneasy feeling when a man was standing outside near our door smoking, it didnt feel safe.

no soap, no washcloths, had to unplug heater to stop it and extremely saggy mattresses.

The floor was too dirty. You can tell with how your feet would get so dirty when stepping on it. A carpet should have done the trick. Somehow the family room is not presentable at all. The idea of a sliding door to the bathroom is very bad. Unpleasant.

Had a dirty toilet ,trash trash was still sitting in the room, mold, growing in the bathroom, crack in the ceiling with water coming through it very stiff bed

Water was shut off from 11 am to 6 pm. Very inconvenient. Coffee pot was located near an obstructed plug. Had to relocate it to the bathroom to find an outlet.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. They accommodated request for no stairs by giving first floor room. We were able to park right next to room.

Outside entrance to room. Had a connecting door. Noisy - could hear people arriving and departing, interstate noise, the people next door talking and people upstairs walking around. Ran the fan on the a/c unit to drown out external noise. Room was clean but no toilet seat lid.

Under renovation. Pictures online were not accurate. Our room had new flooring but everything else was original. Bathtub was old, discoloured and poorly draining. Breakfast was basic-no decaf coffee, no peanut butter. Very unappetizing. Very small eating area. Overall disappointing.
