The hotel is so dirty, horrible. It stinks in the lobby and in the elevator. Bad smell never went away. Stains on bed sheets and towel. No ventilation in the bathroom. Old old food for breakfast. Coffee looks and smells like piss. Couldn't wait to get out

Clean and very convenient location for Antelope canyon and Horseshoe bend.
The breakfast had plenty of coffee, eggs, sausage, waffles, etc.
There is a Walmart right by it. So it was easy to grab a beer and snacks and go have a picnic by Lake Powell.

Our room was quite large for a hotel room. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. The breakfast included in our stay was really great. Location was good.. Easy to get to horseshoe bend etc

Convenient for those travelling between Grand Canyon and Page and Zion. Room is bigger than expected. The breakfast offer was also a plus.

Location! And it was very clean. Staff were friendly

The walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbors talking, they were awake at 4:30am so so were we. We could really hear every word some were a little muffled but we could not go back to sleep they talked for hours, and they werent shouting or being loud or disrespectful, the walls jus need more insulation, or request a room with no neighbors.
