Positives: bed was ok

Negatives: when entering the office to check in the person behind desk never said welcome or hello Just wanted my id name very unprofessional. I got a very negative feeling about staying at the motel. I asked for an extra pillow and boy what a look i got from him he told me i already had two in our room he did give me one very unfriendly person.!!!!! I would never stay at this place again !!!!!!

Negatives: Amenities were not as expected from a hotel. Did not even have tissues in the room. Also no hot water in the bathroom sink. Had very bright lighting in the courtyard witch was totally unnecessary and kept the windows lit all night.
