NOTHING! THEY WOULDNT EVEN LET US CHECK IN AND THEN THEY PROCESSED THE VERY CARD THEY REFUSED AT THE DESK FOR A NIGHT AS A CANCELLATION FEE!
BOOKING.COM GAVE US THE RUN AROUND FOR A MONTH NOW ABOUT THE REFUND WE ARE OWED!

Everything poor service, lack of concern and they actually charged a card they said the do not accept and would not allow us to check in.

The refrigerator had a broken seal and wouldn't keep anything cold... Had to go to the front desk to get a coffee pot... Overall it was a very disappointing experience... I won't be wasting any more time or money staying there in the future
