Positives:
It was easy to find and many eating places nearby. Scottdale was close and downtown. Not a lot of traffic. The room was just right. Spacious and clean.
Negatives:
There seems to be a lot of extra activity going on. Police and drug people. Loud at night while we slept and dogs barking in the hallway. Stinky hallway carpeting smelled like urine. No dishes or plastic cups in the room. No coffee maker etc.

I had a non-smoking room, but the room as VERY smoky. The carpets were also stained, and there were cracks and stains all over the bathroom furniture. I felt dirtier leaving this hotel than coming in there.

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the location was good.
Negatives:
I was shocked at the condition of this hotel. For $--- night I expected it to at least be clean. The cheap ill-fitting drawers were filthy. We found hair, dirt, a smashed cockroach on the wall, mold smell throughout. This hotel is a disgrace!
