The hotel complex was very nice, clean and well maintained. Our room was clean and very roomy! Great breakfast and the happy hour at night was a nice perk. Easy access to the hywy and not too far from stores and restaurants.

The customer service is awful and down right unacceptable. There was hair in the bathtub and a wet dirty washcloth on the side of the bathtub.

The room was clean and had plenty of space, we enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub and the breakfast in the morning! Everyone that worked there was very nice and helpful.

Only real complaint was the rooms were along a very busy road in town, traffic all night long! We had ear plugs to sleep but you could still hear the loud road, not very quiet or peaceful. If you dont mind it loud all night then this is the place for you

Not enough towels, 3 of the staff members that worked in the breakfast area are very rude and disrespectful. It was the 3 of the older employees. It was not the caliber of the Embassy suites. I wasn't finish eating and my plate was taken. So much to add

Front desk staff very friendly; free water bottles upon check-in; breakfast excellent w/plenty of staff cleaning tables, vast array of hot and cold items, made to order omelet station, which usually had a long line - perhaps have another cook there?
Negatives:
I was shocked that there was a fee for parking. I would also suggest that the carpets be cleaned a bit moremy socks seemed a bit stained
