Positives:
Clean rooms and housekeeping did a great job.
Negatives:
Exterior needs some upkeep. Paint , lighting and grass not in good condition. Pool definitely could have been cleaner but it was a busy weekend. Spent alot of money at the restaurant on property and the service was extremely slow and food wasn’t worth the wait or the money.

I liked the room, which was very spacious. The bed was comfy. Access to the ice machine and staying on the 1st floor was beneficial. The breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel stay. The food was excellent. The distant to the room from the parking lot was great. Great place for eatery's. The incidental fee was replaced the next morning at check out.
Negatives:
The AC took awhile to get cool in the room, but of course it was very hot outside, about 114 degrees. The credit card machine was out and had to fill out papers to use my card.

Front counter help, my room lamps did not work as well as sleeping room light. I mentioned to front desk, and they didnt say anything. Nor was I offered my two free drinks at the lounge.

The hotel was very dated for the price. Bathroom shower was poorly patched up. Room smelled of smoke. Air conditioner was not working properly and it was 114*F while there.

Not the Embassy Suites brand it used to be at all! This one has a dirty pool. Cloudy water like the filter doesn’t work. In the evening, there were a few thin, old worn out pool towels that you can see through . At 7 am there were no towels at all. Outside hallways felt gross, heavily cracked and dirty. Cleaners don’t see litter or gross corners in the stairs. Breakfast was sub par. Used to be special. Now it could be anywhere that you get a cheap motel breakfast. Stopped serving breakfast at 9. Used to be at 10. Tables were sticky. Reception was supposed to do an upgrade. That never happened. Provided two adult guests one key.

Positives:
The location was great for ASU event. The room was comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. We enjoyed drinks at the bar / lounge and also, the pool after being out in the heat. Breakfast had extensive options and was good. Even better were the friendly faces and service - shout out to Frederick, Seattle WA! He went above and beyond. Overall, great short stay.
Negatives:
Pathway was slippery after sprinklers went on. Some of the staff wasn't friendly. Pool was always crowded. Some of the common areas could use a lift.
