Easy checkin. Decent price. Clean. Beds comfortable. Nice there is a bar (friendly bartender) and helpful front desk staff.. Excellent location to ASU and other key locations.

A bit loud with street noise and a/c unit. Breakfast was ok, and not complimentary. Pool didn’t look great and there were people smoking in the pool w/ their clothes on :( and around the property outside.
