Negatives: We had a person staying a couple of doors down from us that was very rude

Negatives: Here is my issue with this place. I specifically chose this location because it was close to the hospital I was having surgery at the following morning, and I lived a 2-hour drive away. I had to be there at 5:30 am. When I checked in, I was told the $150 dollar incidentals fee had to be paid in cash, and I couldn't put it on a card. I was told this was because I was considered a 'local' because my driver's license still had the address of the home we just sold, which would still have been a 45 min drive. My husband now had to go find an ATM to get that amount of cash. We were told we would get the deposit back the next day as long as there was no damage to the room. When we asked if someone would be in the office when we left at 5:15 am, we were told the money could only be refunded between 9-11 am. This meant my husband now had to leave the hospital to come back just to get our deposit. It wasn't the end of the world, but it was certainly an inconvenience. If you stay here, just be aware you won't be on the road early, if you're taking a road trip.

Negatives: It’s in a sketchy neighborhood but aren’t they all these days?!?!? Walking up our room to the smell of pot the maid and her supplier/friend/boyfriend were smoking and they scattered after we pulled up. My husband was very concerned that our truck was going to be stolen!

Negatives: All the water, in the bathroom was tepid no matter how long you let it run. No cold water for brushing your teeth, no hot water for bathing. Between the planes and trains very noisy, not a very relaxing stay.

Negatives: The room smelled like a locker room, like dirty socks… the carpet probably needed a deep cleaning. Otherwise it was very clean Breakfast was minimal, and half-and-half curdled in the coffee.

Negatives: Because I didn’t have a state ID, and only a federal passport, they made me have to find a local bank to pull out $300 cash just for the room for the night! We just got done driving 5 hours with 2 kids and all we wanted was to get into our room and it took an additional hour. The front desk lady was very nice, at times seemed condescending, but had to call the manager for everything and just prolonged every process. Then we weren’t allowed to take the continental breakfast to our room.. and we just didn’t want to have to get the kids ready, why couldn’t we just feed them in the room. I’ve never felt treated so poorly just to pay money to stay at your establishment! There’s no customer service skills.. just because there has been bad experiences there doesn’t mean that you have to treat every customer like they’re criminals! Terrible experience!

Negatives: There was no hot water. The room was not refreshed the next day.

Negatives: Nothing was wrong

Negatives: TV service would go in and out. I found the reason for the free earplugs on the night stand when the Train went by at night 2x.

Negatives: The room stunk and was dirty, the sheet was torn and had black crumbs. The beds were so sunken down in the middle. There was a couch in the suite but it was broken. In the morning around 10 the cleaning staff were asking if we would be staying another night and how soon would we be checking out wanting exact time.
