room was clean and reasonably priced and at a good location. property was decorated beautifully for christmas which is the first thing that caught our eye. we ended up staying a 2nd night on a separate reservation.

location was convenient and the Christmas decor was nice.
Negatives:
our shower was not able to be regulated, either super hohot or super cold. and the cord to the clock was so frayed you could see the wires, I felt it was a fire hazard. I requested both of these items to be addressed, "maintenance looked at it, did not find any issue, shower works fine" The temperature was not checked, nor was it fine.

Good location. You do have to walk down steps to breakfast but they offered golfcart transport for anyone not able to walk.

Room was clean, comfortable bed. Very unique setting with gardens, seating etc. Pretty close to the downtown area, shuttle stop at the site. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff.
