They would not let me check in due to the rooms being saved for storm victims and the hotel assured me multiple times I would not be charged however my card was charged and I was forced to pay for a hotel I was told I couldn't stay at. I have tried to call multiple times for a refund with no success. I also called booking who sent the hotel a message and still no refund. Now I feel like they are probably taking advantage of the poor storm victims.

Overall, the hotel was pretty sketchy. Noisy neighbors on all sides. Dog hair throughout the room. Shower was dirty. Not impressed.

Smoke (cigarettes , possible weed) smell in hallway. Range hood filthy, stove nasty, dirty walls. Last straw, bug crawling on the wall. Checked out eat and asked for a refund!

The room had roaches on the bed, in the tub, on the table, and on the counter. I rather stay in my car then that room and i call the front desk and they moved me to another floor.
