Positives: Evening attendant

Negatives: Carpets frayed and worn. Furniture was worn. Coffee pot water pickup tube disconnected at both ends. Quicker to fix than go down stairs and get a different on. Wife fell and was injured. Asked for a bath mat which never came. No show of concern or attempted to help. Needless to say wife has tendon damage and a fractured toe.

Positives: Lobby was nice. Evening desk attendant pleasing.

Negatives: Carpets worn/frayed. Furniture same way. Breakfast cold with no way to warm. My wife fell in tub. Informed the overnight attendant and asked for a shower mat. His response was anything else. Didnt get one. Told day attendant. Nothing. ER trip.

Positives: Breakfast was same as almost all other hotels offering "free" breakfast. Fake eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary. Room was nice and quiet as requested.

Negatives: Desk staff completely indifferent to guests, taking no notice when returning keys, head buried in either phone or computer. No greeting when checking in, no smiles no attempt to offer any suggestions or help with other matters, i.e. restaurant recommendations. Amazed at the number of pets within the hotel. Luggage carts falling apart, really need new ones.
