After Wednesday, Nov 20th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 20, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Positives: Location of hotel and beds were comfortable. Customer service when leaving was great. Woman at the bag counter that held our bags had exceptional customer service.

Negatives: Wasn’t impressed with first girl I went to to check in. Outdated rooms, toilet didn’t flush well (they did send someone to fix it but it never worked well) and overwhelming smell at times a smell of sewage by sink area .
