Short staffed in housekeeping and did not clean our room even though we stayed 3 nights. Brought clean towels and did not take old towels. Staff rude and lied about cleaning the room and we eventually had to get a new room since they had no staff willing to clean ours

Positives:
Aside of the room not meeting our expectations at all. The front staff was helpful with the situation and very understanding of it and helped us settle else where (another hotel).
Negatives:
The rooms were horrible! Entering the room you got a wind of a weird smell inside the room. The ceiling inside the bathtub had a huge hole where you could see the pipes, the wallpaper was falling apart in the bedroom, the bathroom looked disgustingly dirty as well as the couch in the main living area since it had crumbs. They did show us a second room that happened to be 'available' but it was the same situation so we declined and asked for a full refund. We left very disappointed since we were looking forward to this stay, with it having great ratings and the outside part of the building and the open lobby looking great in pictures and in person. The rooms need HUGE work done, don't be fooled with the pictures.
