When I arrived at the Hotel I was told my reservation got canceled because I got there to check in after midnight and still got charged for the room but couldnt get the room

This hotel is a gem.The lobby and common areas decor is modern. The room was clean and spacious with a sink, fridge and microwave. We loved the separate sitting area. Breakfast was great w/omelet bar and they give you 2 free drinks at happy hour. A++

The walls are thin but most hotels are like that and we could hear the swooshing of the tram going by but i was still able to sleep well. Beds could use a mattress topper but thats just my personal pref.

Called 2x prior to arrival to request my two rooms be nearby or together because of children in my party. Checked in: 1st room was on floor 2 & 2nd room was on floor 7 across hotel. They couldn't be further.

The add ons like 12.00 a night for parking, after paying 200.00 plus a night to sleep.

Room was very clean and spacious, breakfast had great options.

1 elevator was down and took longer to get to/from room, couch in room had a few stains. Not a fan of having to use a gate to get in and out of hotel. Parking was $12/night.

The room was hot and stuffy and did not have air conditioning at night. There was no screen on the sliding glass door so didn't want to leave it open all night. It was difficult to sleep without cool air. The only option was heat.

Nice room and location. Enjoyed the happy hour (2 drinks per person plus snacks). Breakfast buffet including the omelet station was excellent.
