The staff were horrible especially the supervisor and the manger on the first day when we arrived at the hotel we paid for our stay but later on found out that they took an extra 2000$ that was not supposed to be taken and when we talked to them about it they kept getting mad and they never apologized for the inconvenience that they caused us we had to cut our vacation short and they even threatened to hang up on us when we called about the money. Overall the experience was absolutely horrible never recommending that hotel for anyone and never visiting that hotel again.
