Location it was next to everything mall , restaurants and downtown

The swimming pool and jacuzzi..they need to upgrade that it was eerie looking that’s why nobody is swimming ..it was nice in the picture but in reality it’s far from it ..

I loved the location. We were close to the mall and numerous eateries. Target was directly across the street, and I felt very safe walking in the area.

We had a plumbing issue and had to change room. I would of loved to have been offered assistance or something complimentary for the inconvenience.

Breakfast & location were both great. I loved the mot omelette & proximity to Brea Mall.

The hotel was clean, the staff were nice, and the breakfast served had a good variety of foods.
Negatives:
The beds were uncomfortable. We asked for extra mattress toppers and this helped. The staff was great at getting them for us.

Good place to stay
Positives:
Great breakfast and happy hour. Loved the pool and how spacious it is. Laid back. You can bring your own food and drinks just not glass of course. Also they allow floaties which is a nice touch.
Negatives:
Room not cold enough. Roaches in public restrooms near bar. The public restrooms on the other side building didn’t have enough water pressure to use them. One of the people that stayed in another room ended up leaving at 1am because the room was just too hot.

I paid extra for early check in/ late check out. They said they couldn't accommodate me until I threatened to cancel. They came knocking on the door before the standard 11 am check out. Dirty hotel. Trash overflowing, etc. Fridge wasn't cold and had defrosted and flooded the bottom. Slider wasn't locked, plug didn't work, lamp broken, mold in bathroom sink and grate to ice machine. Pretty dirty place. Huge disappointment.
