Room was very big ADA roll in shower on the 4th floor room #419
Negatives:
On Friday checked in Guest services {Mike Garza} was very accommodating, original room 422 wasn’t a roll in shower and he accommodated me switched to a bigger room with roll in shower #422. At 2000 hours total power outage in hotel and NO EMERGENCY LIGHTS IN HALLWAY, PITCH BLACK, phone lines were not working couldn’t communicate with staff.NO POWER UNTIL 10:00 a.m next morning
