The property was great I have stayed with them in the past staff was always friendly just want to mention this time while checking in the person who was checking us in wasnt rude but wasnt helpful either did not point out all the amenities of your beautiful hotel even though I was aware of them it wouldve been nice to been refreshed and we werent offered transportation to restaurants in the area

Positives:
the location is great. A couple blocks from the Center and a couple of blocks from the beach. The room and bathroom were beautiful and the sea views are gorgeous. The garden offers a lot of places to sit and relax and the pool is heated. The shower had really good pressure. The breakfast in the morning is fantastic. Everything was very clean.
Negatives:
we loved our stay and will return when in Carmel
