Positives: That it was very clean, good breakfast, quiet and comfortable.
Negatives: That you guys didn't book my room. When I got there at 10pm they couldn't find my reservation. So I was angry because I was tired and wanted to sleep. You guys made it nearly impossible to get my room and I had already paid it too.

Positives: The room and the stay were fine, hotel was clean, room was nice. Bed was comfortable, breakfast options were good.
Negatives: Wi-Fi was terrible, we couldn't connect any devices to the complimentary Wi-Fi (we should not have to pay extra for basic Wi-Fi - I only wanted to connect my cell phone). When I went to the front desk for help, they told me I had to call AT&T myself - it's not something they could handle at the front desk. When I called AT&T, I could barely hear them on the in-room landline because that connection was terrible as well. It took almost 2 hours to get a resolution, and the AT&T customer service representative was very rude. Cell service was non-existent for us (I have Verizon, my family in the next room over have AT&T) and I had to leave the property to call home and check on my kids. I saw a lot of people out in the parking lot on the phone as well so I assume this is a regular issue. The TV options also left a lot to be desired - no guide, not many channels to choose from. I suspect the TV is also through AT&T, if so, I would recommend they find other vendors to provide these services to their hotels. We were looking forward to spending some time by the pool, however there were too many people out there, and they were pretty rowdy by the time we got out there. The pool area is relatively small and the fact that it is basically between the front entrance and the parking lot is not great either. I was also disappointed to see that the rooms only have showers. The shower heads seemed to be ridiculously high up - I had to stand on tip toes and could barely reach it to adjust it.
