The location of the hotel was prime around OC.
Negatives:
The cleanliness of the room. There were nail clippings by the bed (knowing that they did not vacuum well at all). The front desk informed us that we had a patio (which was not true).
The faucet in the sink made a high pitched noise every time it was turned on. The tub is very high, be cautious when stepping in.

The beds were hard, I told the desk a few times when I called ahead I was handicapped yet the gave me a deep jacuzzi tub. A shower would’ve been better.
Negatives:
Asked for early check in…5 times…No accommodation, asked to be near the pool, nope 3 rd floor. Wanted a shower, got a jacuzzi tub…and I’ve had knee replacement and can’t crawl in it.
