Clean hotel, rooms were spacious and offered seating to read or watch tv besides just a bed.
Negatives:
Did not like being charged for parking after reservation was made by a separate email, called to cancel the reservation but was offered a waiver for the parking charge so we kept the reservation. The parking fee should be noted upfront so customers know all costs associated with the stay!

Courtyard for restaurant and not avail for regular hotel guest usage. Disappointed.
Parking lot appears to be leased to outside company to allow for additional revenue stream. Requires guests to pay $24 for what traditionally would be free parking in this type of configuration.

Ayres Doesn’t Disappoint Me!

Calm, welcoming, peaceful (despite the planes overhead). Loved the courtyard dining & the pool area. Enjoyed the photo gallery along the hallways, wonderful to learn about the area’s historic development

The location is great. The courtyard was a wonderful surprise. While most of it is reserved for dining at the restaurant, there are several seats reserved for just sitting and enjoying the surroundings. Beautiful flowers and plantings. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The elevator was always full or slow to arrive…so, we used the stairs most of the time. When we checked out, it was out of service completely and we had to drag our bags down the stairs.
