i like the room, it was ok. but when I booked on booking,com it stated I would have "deluxe room with sofa bed, city view" i would recommend not to get the city view. Its facing the freeway (the 405) and you could here the freeway, if your a light sleeper. Also, I liked that their windows kind of open, because I dont like to hear the AC all night, and that was loud too. for the room choice. I choose a Deluxe room with Sofa bed, and that was false. So I called the front desk and they said they don't have sofa beds, only roll beds. I was under impressions it had a little seating area with the sofa bed, nope did not. but the room was ok.
Negatives:
we arrived at night time, so we couldn't see the room that good, but the next morning I notice some stains on the blankets and I called the front desk immediately and they came and changed my whole room from towels to whole new bedding. Very nice.

Parking and my room was great. Breakfast was great, but the price was too high. A friend of mine stayed at 4 Points and had a free ticket he gave me. $18.00. wow. I went to starbucks the other times for breakfast.

I thought i was going to have a 3 nite stay. I used Booking .com. Well 4 Points thought i was staying 2 nites. The staff gathered my closes and stuff up. Put it in my suitcase with a trash bag around it. Why didn't the staff try and get a hold of me. I had a cell phone. Maybe the staff should get the guests cell phone numbers. If any problems come up, they can get a hold of all guests. I got another room at 4 Points.
