Staff was friendly, conversational, very fast to attend our needs (clogged bathtub, loose toilet seat) they fixed all right away. Breakfast staff was above and beyond as well. Very convenient rooms with stove, dishwasher, utensils, fridge. Etc.
Negatives:
The rooms were a little outdated and worn out, but if you’re just going to sleep and shower, you’ll barely notice it.

Requested extra set of towels since there was 4 of us and only 3 towels provided also asked for blankets for the sopha bed and after calling 3 times over a period of 2.5 hours still did not receive anything so I had to have my kids sleep in sweat pants and shirts. Had to ask again in the morning and finally received what I requested. Also, the mattress was hard as heck.
