Bathroom toilet paper roll out of arms reach. TV stand off balance so drawers stayed open and looked bad. Trash around hotel and no sign about coffee for guests- had to ask. No cash taken for breakfast

I reserved a room for our family of 4 with 2 beds, but they told me they only had a room with 1 king bed available for the 4 of us. I was still charged the amount quoted for the double bed room and would be charged even if I looked some place else...we didn't have a comfortable night!

Breakfast was not up to standard for a very good hotel. Food quality lacking. Coffee weak, and real milk was by the cereal, not the coffee.
