It was such a lovely stay! The hotel is beautiful, has a nice retro feeling. The swimming pool area is so pretty with the palm trees and flowers. The staff was extraordinarily nice. The beach is right there. I would definitely come back.

We were booked into the wrong hotel as there are two on-site. The staff tried there best to accomodate their mistake. The room required a sheer blind as well as the blockout as to get privacy. You needed to be in a room with no natural light. The mirrors are positioned that if the blind is open everyone in the pool area can see right to the bathroom area.

The hotel is adorable, with many unique seating areas. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, with a kitchenette and soaking tub. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in a long time!

Good location for the price. I chose this hotel because the average hotel price of around this area was really high, but this hotel was in affordable range and had a nice pool. When I arrived, it was nicer than I expected, it's right next to the Ralph's grocery store, beach's just 2-3 min walk, 8-10 min walk to the main street, I felt safe to come back from the main street in the mid night after drinking and the pool's deep enough to enjoy. I stayed in South building, I really liked the pool there. nice palm trees surrounded. the water was warm. I didn't know they provide a small breakfast bar, I had a cup of coffee and cereal in the morning at the lobby. You can use the microwave and toaster in the lobby if needed. It has pretty big parking lot, I didn't need to use the stairs from the parking lot and to get to Ralph's which's nice. Overall, I loved it, I would definitely stay here again.

It's a bit old. but I was aware it and I personally like this kind of old-fashioned style so I can't complain. I stayed on Sunday and Monday, Sunday was a bit noisy because of other guests but Monday was super quiet.

Tv didn’t work…had to wait till next morning for someone to fix it.
Phone in room doesn’t work. Had to keep going to front desk to tell them anything.
Refrigerator didn’t work and all our food went bad. We asked for food to be removed. Person who came insisted it was working though there was a horrible smell every time the door was opened.
We put a ‘clean room’ sign on the door and returned to find ALL our personal stuff had been removed…toiletries and sodas…we told the front desk and were given 20.00!for toiletries. We didn’t feel good about staying after our personal things were removed so we left 2 days early.
When I asked for a printout of my bill there was hesitation till I asked 3 times and another guy told the man behind the desk to give it to me.
Was charged a 34.00 ‘card processing’ fee AND a cleaning fee of 30.00! When I asked why they said it was for cleaning the room. These amounts were not on our original bill.
