Positives:
The property was really pretty. We waited for a room with a balcony on a high floor. The elevator was broken so we had to walk up for the duration of our stay but it was worth it. Originally they had us booked on a first floor. (fyi they consider a balcony a first floor with sliding door and patio chairs)
Negatives:
The staff at the restaurant was not very friendly or accommodating, the food was mediocre and VERY expensive. No coffee in the lobby, had to spend $5 a coffee at the restaurant.

the breakfast included was very nice with lots of choice. The cookie on arrival was also nice.
Negatives:
On arrival we weren't given the breakfast vouchers for the next day, which caused a delay at breakfast.
The room floor was filthy.
The shower in the bathroom was broken.
We were only given towels for 2 when there were 4 people
There was a cannabis vape left in the garden area and we had 2 children with us.
We raised this with the front desk on check out and they said the manager would email me but they didn't.
