Positives:
The staff and room were great. We only needed a one night stay. We had an early flight to Hawaii and we wanted to make sure we weren't late fighting traffic to LAX. Also, they offer covered parking for $25 a night while we were on our vacation and the shuttle service to LAX was great. We would stay there again and utilize all services.
Negatives:
We didn't get to the hotel until after 8:00 pm, so all of their in-hotel restaurants and services were closed or unavailable to us. I just thought they should stay open a little later or have at least one restaurant open since we couldn't go out to get snacks.

The room was extremely warm, 80 Fareneight. I set up the thermostat at 72 F, nothing happened, they system was not functional. I called the front desk, they told me that there was nothing that they could do.
Also, since we had a very early flight and we needed to take the shuttle at 5h45 am, I asked the bartender if he could give us a muffin and a yogurt ahead of time for the next morning. He said it was not his job, to check with the front desk. I did ask the front desk, I was told the breakfast room opened at 6 am, they had no access to any food ahead of time.
As a result, I did not sleep at all, the room was very dry and very hot. I had no control. I had no breakfast at all in the morning.
I am very disappointed with that stay.
