Parking too expensive.
Staff were ok, depending who you talked too, they didn't explain to us about simple stuff such as, deposits they just charged extra.... assuming we have all stayed there before. Housing keeping rules where not explained to us upon checking in. They only clean your room every 3 days, i had three kids with me, you can image how dirty the room as get. No access to cleaning supplies that i may need while waiting for housing keeping, such as, toilet brushes, mops, vacuum cleaner etc... as this is not a Air BnB.
We stayed for 16 nights, breakfast hardly changed, the same thing everyday. Maximum stay in a place like this needs to be 3 days, figured this out as noticed people had very short stay.
No safe in the room, so you can image no secure place to store our passports or valuables.
No table in the room for you to work on, we had to use our laps while on the laptops.

Positives:
The complementary breakfast was good.
Overall hotel maintenance, look and feel.
Negatives:
1. Housekeeping frequency is every 3 days which I wasn't aware of it while booking.
2. Beds provided in the suite room are not at all comfortable. Not worth the paying the amount for the suite room.
3. Parking fee of $38 per night. Not worth for the location.
4. Safe (to keep my laptop) was not provided inside the room. But It was mentioned in the description on Booking.com that a separate safe and laptop safe will be provided.
5. Bathroom door lock doesn't work, no exhaust fan???? in the bath room.
6. Didn't like to other conditions like 'Don't Open the windows; Fine of $500 if fire alarm triggers due to cooking' etc., they don't give peace of mind during the hotel stay.
7. A basic toiletries items like moisturizer are not provided.
