Great vibe, awesome pool , location , staff. We came to celebrate my husbands brithday and the manager Matt made us feel so welcome! You realize the difference when the staff treats you like a valued guest. Please give this man a raise! We can’t wait to come back

Positives:
We absolutely loved the staff, specifically Nick and Isreal (lobby bartender). We loved, loved the room (907). However, the price was a little steep.
Negatives:
The price of valet!!! Also, at that price point, a mini fridge is expected. Lack of face towels. Surprisingly, there was no ice machine on our floor (9th).

Hotel is beautiful and very comfortable.
Negatives:
Went up to Bar Lis with my wife and had a very strange reaction from the security guards following us around, made us feel really, I mean really uncomfortable. Just wanted to get a cocktail and enjoy the music but went straight back to the elevator and headed out to another spot nearby.
