lots of shady people at all hours of the day and night. Was approached in the parking lot to help pay for additional nights. They accept pets but do not do very well cleaning up after them. Poop in the stairwells, hallways stink like urine c-do not stay-

Windows couldnt be closed. Workman had to come to fix. Floors sticky. Bomless people milling outside and inside. Frightening

Every aspect of this experience was absolutely terrible. Internet, lack of breakfast, no ice, no checking in spots near lobby, rude employees. Then when I reached out to customer care, I found the same level of incompetence.
